Originally my goal was to just fall back in love with training and get into great shape, but then Kieran showed me all the things I could achieve as well as that.
I’ve completed; Marathons, trail running ultra marathons, adventure races, my first Triathlon was a Half Ironman in Nice. It blows my mind when I think of all the things I’ve achieved from having such a good coach support me and push me.

The biggest change people would’ve seen in me outside of the physical change, would be the better planning and organisation in everything I do. A lot more purpose towards my goals and then from that there’s a lot of energy comes with that and makes me realise that when I back myself, anything really is possible
