4-5 hours a week, MAXIMUM!!
Every week, I’ll do a mindset training for you, which is about 30 minutes long, with an opportunity for 1:1 time to keep you moving forward.
3 times per week we train together, IN PERSON so all you have to do is get to the gym door and I'll look after motivation and coaching for you.
If for whatever reason you can't physically get to the gym, the program is set up so you CAN do the workouts in a different gym or at home to keep making progress. There's no excuses for making progress.
You'll have to go for a walk of some kind every day.
Think about it - we’ll happily spend 2-3 hours watching Netflix, another 2-3 hours scrolling our phones looking at crap, so just 1 hour per day investing in yourself, your life, your future, your family’s future, it’s nothing in reality.
